The guys all have head sets amd microphones and talk in real time while they are playing.

These guys spend many hours per week together and are normally best mates although may have never actually seen each other.

Dont disrespect this. These guys and many thousands of teams around the world put as much time and effort into these games as many professional teams.

These games are telivised, there are leagues, and many teams travel extensively to compete at competitions.
